In 2025, Top Spot Cleaning was purchased by Nichole Hardy and Jason Hardy II. While new to the business, Nichole has a history with the retirement community and customer service. Jason has a good head for the work side of the business. They make a great team!

The company name has become ironic. We get a lot of calls from people who start the conversation by having spots they can’t get out – not by asking to have their carpet cleaned.
